Hot Yoga Our yoga room is heated to allow
for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The Hot Yoga class is
recommended for everyone, from first day beginners to advanced
students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the
same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same
benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, which
our trained instructors will help you find. Hot Yoga This is our core
class. The room is heated to a warmer temperature to allow for the body
to move deeper into postures, without the possibility of injury. Postures are done in a systematic way (particular
sequencing will depend on your teacher and students in the class). In
hot yoga class, the muscles will be stretched and contracted to improve
circulation to the joints and body. This series of postures works
against gravity to strengthen the bones. A total body workout that is
great for the beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioner. Scheduled daily.
Hot Vinyasa Our "Hot Vinyasa" is a vigorous class, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In a Hot Vinyasa class, the students develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind as they increase physical strength, stamina, flexibility and overall health. Through a dynamic practice of continuous movement, Vinyasa helps rid and flush the body of wastes and toxins, thus cleansing and purifying it. It is designed for students of intermediate to advanced levels seeking a challenge. If you are a beginner we recommend starting with the Hot Yoga classes first to become familiar with the postures. Scheduled daily.
Warm Yoga This
class offers a slower approach to Hatha yoga. The postures are held a
little longer and modifications are encouraged for students to ease
into their yoga experience. The room is still heated, but to a lower
temperature. This class is for people who may be intimidated by the
heat or those who need help with the proper alignment. Yoga props such
as blocks and straps are available to help students move into
postures. The class ends with breathing techniques and meditation to
help relax the body. Warm Yoga increases strength, flexibility and
balance in the body, while using breath awareness to train the mind to
be still, intensely alert, and fully present. Scheduled daily.
Hot or Warm Yoga + Guided Meditation
The class will end in guided meditation where your
teacher will lead you on a particular journey with the purpose of
achieving healing and realizations through purposeful contemplation and
reflection. The idea is to let go of any thought you may have and allow
your subconscious mind to follow the words that are spoken. A simple
guided meditation will help you to achieve deep relaxation and release
negative emotions or beliefs that are preventing you from being your
true self. Friday's at 4:30pm (Warm), Saturday's at 10:30am (Warm) and Sunday's at 10:30am (Hot).
RockAsana RockAsana is based on the theory that Music and Yoga alike are
transcendent in nature. We each have a song somewhere in our being that
transports us to another place in time or evokes a feeling that allows
our body and mind to be free of the day’s toil and trouble. YOGA
possesses these same qualities. The power to transport you to a space
that is yours only. Where breath (pranayama) and movement (asana) can
move you to be in the moment. The combination of Yoga and popular music
evoke the flow of energy (prana), calmness of mind, movement and
probably a smile or two. Friday's at 6:15pm. Warm Candlelight Flow Awaken
your senses and experience the meditative focus and intensity of
bringing fire into your practice! Step into the surroundings of a
uniquely illuminated candlelit studio with soothing tunes to guide you
away from the tensions of the day to prepare yourself for the upcoming
week. Candlelight Flow is recommended for students interested in
exploring a more movement-oriented class. Flow builds strength,
endurance and a strong focus. The classroom will be warm. Sunday's at 4:45pm.
Pre-Natal This class is safe and effective for all stages of pregnancy, no prior yoga experience is necessary. During your pregnancy, connect with your body, and your baby, through

the body and mind for labor.
The room temperature will be moderately warm, to allow
for comfort and relaxation. Please bring any props
that may offer additional comfort and support, such as a pillow or
blanket. Every Saturday at 12 noon.
