Brenna Alexander

I began practicing yoga in 2006 and have been a certified Yoga instructor since 2012.  I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and Restorative (Yin and Hatha) styles of practice, and over the years, I have added Kids Yoga, Hot Yoga, Barre, and Reiki to my teachings.  I have instructed all levels of yoga from first-time beginners to teacher trainees and advanced Yogi practitioners, and I have spanned people of all ages, backgrounds, genders and physical abilities.


My teaching style is holistic, grounded, energetic, approachable and real.  I focus on the physical movement aspects of the practice to include strength, coordination, mobility, and flexibility, as well as create space for mindfulness, personal reflection, and centering.
