Elise is a remote front desk staff member who assists in managing email communications with Zen’s awesome clients. She also assists with miscellaneous back-end business and training needs that help Zen run smoothly.

 

After years of growing up with an avid yogi for a mom, Elise decided to finally follow in her mother’s barefoot footsteps at Zen. She has since fallen in love with yoga, and finds it is the best way to turn off her ever-churning mind. She also cannot imagine going through her first pregnancy without the consistent stress relief and physical preparation that prenatal yoga at Zen provided, and found herself using yogic breathing and guided imagery in the delivery room! 

 

Outside of the studio, Elise is a writer, editor, military wife and mom to, in her opinion. the cutest baby on the planet;-)
