The Zen Hot Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Program is designed for those who are eager to significantly deepen their understanding, experience and practice of Hatha Yoga as well as share this knowledge with others through teaching.

200-hour Course Studies

Prerequisites & Entrance Requirements
Applicants to the Level 200 hour program must have at least one year of yoga practice to qualify for entry.
Certification Requirements
Students are awarded a Yoga Alliance registered Zen Hot Yoga Teacher Certification upon completion of all requirements in the 200 hour program.
Course Calendars
Zen Hot Yoga Teacher Certification 200 Hour Teacher Training Program (ZHYTT) operates as a 6-month program. All required subjects for certification are included. By successfully completing ZHYTT 200, all academic requirements for certification are met.
Please note that all state, national, or religious holidays are taken in consideration, however, classes may occasionally take place on holidays. Zen Hot Yoga reserves the right to change proposed course dates. New dates, if any, will be listed as they are determined.

- Friday Evenings: 5:30pm-8:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Sunday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
