We have packages and classes that meet everyone's budget.  Our class cards are valid for 12 months.  Drop-ins are always available.  The more you buy, the more you save.  Classes may be reserved up to 30 days in advance.

Kids Yoga Classes  Ages 6-11

Pre/Post Natal  All stages of Pregnancy & Postpartum Recovery

​Held in our Moon Room, a comfortable, non-heated space designed for relaxation. Kids Yoga is held every Sunday for ages 6–11 and focuses on movement, flexibility, strength, and concentration. Pre- & Postnatal Yoga is held every Wednesday and supports students through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

 Girl Scout Troop, Birthday party? Let Us host your next Kids Event!  Parties are age appropriate (can be designed for ages 1-13 years old), and include basic and challenging yoga poses, fun yoga games, and relaxation time.
