MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY- We require a 30 day notice of cancelation. Annual contract members receive a substantial discount every month by committing to 12 auto-pays. If you wish to cancel your annual contract before you have completed your 12 auto-pays, the cancelation fee is half of your remaining balance. After your first year commitment, your membership automatically converts to a month-to-month membership with your same discount. If you are requesting cancelation AFTER you have fulfilled your annual contract, simply fill out the form below. There is no fee. *We have a no-commitment, month-to-month rate of $99 per month. *To qualify for the annual perks listed above, you must sign a new contract.
MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY- We will put your membership on hold for up to 6 months with a $15 monthly hold fee. This fee covers administrative fees and keeps your membership rate and eligibility. If you are requesting a hold due to medical reasons or deployment, your fee is waived. Documentation will be requested. We do not place holds on month to month memberships because there is no contract.
