MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a 30 day notice of cancelation. Grandfathered Annual Contract members & Total Zen Members receive a substantial discount every month by committing to 12 auto-pays. If you wish to cancel your annual contract before you have completed your 12 auto-pays, the cancelation fee is as follows:
Grandfathered Annual Members- Cancellation fee is half of your remaining balance. After your first year commitment, your membership automatically converts to a month-to-month membership with your same discount. If you are requesting cancelation AFTER you have fulfilled your annual contract, simply fill out the form below. There is no fee.
Total Zen Members- Cancellation is $30 for each month you have left on your contract.
MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY: Annual Members- We will put your membership on hold for up to 6 months with a $15 monthly hold fee. This fee covers administrative fees and keeps your membership rate and eligibility. If you are requesting a hold due to medical reasons or deployment, your fee is waived. Documentation will be requested. We do not place holds on month to month memberships because there is no contract.
