MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY:  We require a 30 day notice of cancellation.  Annual Contract Members & Total Zen Members receive a substantial discount every month by committing to 12 auto-pays. If you wish to cancel your annual contract before you have completed your 12 auto-pays, the cancelation fee is as follows:

Total Zen Members- Cancellation is $30 for each month you have left on your contract.  

 

MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY: Annual Members- We will put your membership on hold for up to 6 months with a $15 monthly hold fee.  This fee covers administrative fees and keeps your membership rate and eligibility.  If you are requesting a hold due to medical reasons or deployment, your fee is waived.  Documentation will be requested.  We do not place holds on month to month memberships because there is no contract.
