Natasha has been doing yoga since childhood, but has refocused her practice within the past 6 years. She has had many jobs, including musical theater performer in NYC, and nannying for various families there, as well as being a paralegal for over 10 years. She taught children's yoga at Western Branch Academy in Chesapeake for 3 years, while also the Musical Director and Spanish Teacher. She was certified through the New York City-based Every Kids' Yoga (with Craig Hanauer), concentrating on differently-abled and special needs children. She also completed her RYT-200 through the Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India.

Natasha is also a lifelong linguist, and studies many languages, including Spanish, French and Levantine and Classical Arabic.
